I'm Aman. I live in a three-bedroom craftsman off Sunset with two roommates who both work in TV. The biggest bedroom, which has its own bathroom, just opened up.

We're looking for a third roommate who is not trying to use us as a way into the industry. We already talk about work enough at home. We want someone normal who treats the house like a place to live, not a networking event.

The room and the house

The primary bedroom is about fourteen by fourteen, with an en-suite bathroom and good light from two windows. It fits a queen, a dresser, and a desk without feeling cramped.

The house has hardwood floors, a yard, a kitchen with a gas range and dishwasher, and a living room with enough space to sit down without climbing over everyone's stuff. AC works in the summer. Wifi has been reliable for work calls.

There's one off-street parking spot. Laundry is in the house, and we split a weekly cleaner three ways so the common areas do not turn into a group-chat argument.

Who lives here now

Maria is a writer in her thirties. Diego is a production coordinator in his late twenties. Otis is our dog. He's six, mellow, and part of the household. If you're nervous around dogs, this probably won't feel relaxing.

House vibe

Monday through Thursday is quieter. Weekends can be more social, but this is not a party house. If you're having people over, especially overnight, just say so ahead of time.

Who we're hoping to find

Someone working full-time outside TV and film. Tech, healthcare, education, or anything where home is a break from work is a good fit. We're friendly, but we do not need to be attached at the hip.

Rent and timing

Rent for the primary with its own bathroom is $1,650 a month. I'm hoping for a move-in around November 1, but there is some flexibility if the fit is right.
